Mr. Matthew saved my car and life. I go to this Dealer for everything, and the one time I took it to Firestone they broke my VSA module and denied any accountability. I dragged my sorry 2020 Honda Accord back to the Dealer and Mr. Matthew was kind! Courteous! And professional! He got me squared away, educated me on the issue and how it would be resolved, and solved my issue just in time for my school to start Monday. I’ll never make the mistake of going anywhere else again. Mr. Mathew has phenomenal customer service. Without going over-the-top, I’ve met people like him before. I just wish when I asked a technician to do something on my car that they would do exactly what I asked and not do an evaluation my car that cost me $150. All I wanted them to do was check the fuses in the engine and underneath the driver seat to see if they were burned out and to change them for me. For the air conditioning in the car but they told me that I need a new condenser. Irritating .
